OIM: HHSC Required Policy and Procedures

This webinar will provide a broad overview of the required policies under the Health and Human Service Commission Family Violence Program including the framework for services to survivors of family violence and program policies. Participants will learn about these required policies as well as how to implement survivor-centered advocacy while following state regulations.

Meets HHSC Rule Requirement §379.404. cont. (c) Direct service employees and their supervisors must also receive training on the following: (7) The center’s policies and procedures, including all Health and Human Services Commission required policies and procedures;
