Summary
The webinar examines the issues of African American adolescents who are in abusive relationships. Advocates will learn about the intersection of teen dating violence,adolescent development, teen African American culture and community norms.

Presenters
Debra Mitchell-Ibe
Director of Community Outreach - The Family Place
Debra has over 25 years of experience working with families impacted by family violence. Debra has a MSW from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the Family Violence Prevention Council, Co-Chair of the Dallas County Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition and Co-Chair of the TCFV African American Coalition.
